Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing US IT Staffing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about consultant marketing, vendor management, and client relationship management.

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing IT and Non-IT consultants to implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating submissions, and supporting the end-to-end consultant placement process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Market available IT and Non-IT consultants (W2, C2C, and H1B) to implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Identify new client requirements through vendor portals, job boards, and professional networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and clients across the US.
- Match consultant profiles with client requirements and submit qualified candidates promptly.
- Coordinate consultant submissions and ensure timely follow-up with vendors and clients.
- Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and placement details with clients and vendors.
- Track daily marketing activities, consultant submissions,



interviews, and placement status.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, and manage the placement process through onboarding.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to maximize consultant placements.
- Maintain an updated database of consultant resumes, skills, availability, and project status.
- Continuously market available consultants until they are successfully placed.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and placement targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the US IT Staffing and Bench Sales process.
- Knowledge of marketing W2, C2C, and H1B consultants.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and willingness to build a career in US IT Staffing.

Eligibility

- Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
