In this role, you will iden fy, engage, and screen poten al candidates for various US-based clients while building a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibili es Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment pla orms. Screen resumes to iden fy suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct ini al phone screenings to assess candidate qualifica ons, communica on skills, and interest. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Engage candidates through cold calling and follow-up communica ons. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment databases. Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to support the recruitment process. Qualifica ons Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, or any graduate with excellent communica on skills). Strong verbal and wri en English communica on skills.



Good interpersonal and rela onship-building abili es. Willingness to work in US night shi s (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST). Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet-based sourcing tools is an added advantage. Required Skills Excellent English communica on skills. Strong cold-calling and persuasive communica on abili es.
