Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant (5+ Years)

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Work Model & Flexibility:

- Candidates must be open to working in shift schedules, including US hours.
- Hybrid work model with at least 23 days working from office.

Interview Process:

- 1st Round: Virtual
- 2nd Round: Face-to-Face (F2F) based on candidate location.
- Note: At least one round must be attended in person (F2F)

JD:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with robust hands-on expertise across multiple SCM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and support the following Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing




- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize SCM processes.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Support system testing (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
- Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional knowledge of Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Costing modules.
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
