Role & responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
- Develop and support RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
- Work closely with business and technical teams for solution delivery.
- Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Support period-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Develop and validate data migration and reconciliation processes.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle EBS best practices and organization standards.
