- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company's Confectionery Business.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and funding requirements to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability through effective cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the Confectionery Business.
- Solid background in accounting, capital management, funds flow management, investment management, and plant accounting.
- Proven track record of improving profitability through effective cost control measures.
