Job Requirements*

- 18 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)

- 1+ year working with Microsoft Copilot Studio or its predecessor (Power Virtual Agents)

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP connector configurations

- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — app registrations, permissions, OAuth flows

- Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Graph API)

- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI concepts

Key Responsibilities*

- Design, build, and deploy custom agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio (Topics, Generative AI, Actions, Connectors)

- Develop agentic AI workflows leveraging Copilot Studio's autonomous trigger and orchestration capabilities

- Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, Dataverse,



and third-party enterprise systems via custom connectors and Power Automate flows

- Implement authentication and security controls including SSO, OAuth 2.0, and Microsoft Entra ID app registrations for agent connectivity

- Configure and extend agents using Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and Prompt Engineering best practices

- Work within Microsoft 365 governance frameworks — including DLP policies, Copilot tenant controls, Purview sensitivity labels, and admin-centre configurations

- Participate in sprint ceremonies, produce technical documentation, and support UAT and go-live activities

- Troubleshoot agent behaviour, API failures, connector errors, and tenant policy conflicts in enterprise environments
