About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Survey & Billing Engineer with strong knowledge of commercial and IT office interior fit-out projects. Candidates with project planning experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings.
- Verify quantities and monitor material consumption at site.
- Prepare and process Client RA Bills and Contractor Bills.
- Perform rate analysis and cost control.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounts.
- Track project progress and prepare billing-related MIS reports.
- Reconcile quantities and prepare final bills.
- Handle variation orders, extra items, and change orders.
- Maintain billing records and project documentation.
- Preferred: Prepare project schedules using MS Project/Primavera and monitor project progress.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying & Billing.
- Experience in Commercial & IT Office Interior Fit-Out Projects is mandatory.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and project billing.
- Good understanding of interior finishing materials and execution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Project Planning experience is preferred.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
