Role Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic US IT Recruiters responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
• Understand client requirements and match suitable profiles
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
• Build strong candidate relationships and meet hiring targets
Required Skills
• Understanding of US IT recruitment/staffing (training provided for freshers)
• Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn preferred
• Strong communication and sourcing skills
• Basic IT knowledge is an advantage
Eligibility
• Bachelors Degree (Any discipline; B.Tech preferred)
• 2 to 5 years of experience
• Willingness to work in US shift if required
