Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Assistant Manager Data Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint Forms, and Microsoft 365 solutions and data analytics, with the ability to automate processes, build insightful dashboards, and communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
- Build advanced Excel-based analytical models using Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA , and advanced formulas.
- Create automated reports and reduce manual reporting efforts.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders and senior management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytics and automation.
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure adherence to reporting standards and best practices.

Required Skills

Technical Skills





- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Dynamic Arrays, VBA preferred)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- Good understanding of data modeling and data visualization best practices
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M Language)
- Experience in process automation and workflow optimization
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data transformation

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Certification in Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, or Data Analytics is preferred.

Experience

- 7-9 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Process Automation.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate, Advance Excel.




- Minimum 3 years of experience developing automation solutions using Power Automate and SharePoint Forms.
- Experience in building automated reporting solutions and executive dashboards.
- Prior experience in operations, PMO, consulting, finance, or professional services is an advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise reporting and automation projects in a corporate environment.
