Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Quality Control (QC) professionals from the pharmaceutical industry with hands-on experience in analytical laboratory testing using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Karl Fischer, and other laboratory instruments. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs, documentation, and pharmaceutical quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform analysis of Raw Materials, In-process, Finished Products and Stability Samples.
- Operate analytical instruments including:
- HPLC
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
- FTIR
- Karl Fischer Moisture Analyzer
- Analytical Balance
- Moisture Analyzer / Hot Air Oven

- Perform System Suitability Tests (SST).




- Prepare Mobile Phase, Buffer, Seal Wash, Needle Wash and Reagents.
- Perform instrument calibration and routine verification as per SOP.
- Execute LOD, Assay, Related Substances, Dissolution and Moisture Analysis.
- Follow approved analytical methods, SOPs and pharmacopoeial procedures.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with GMP and GLP.
- Perform troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
- Review chromatograms and analytical data.
- Maintain instrument logbooks and laboratory records.
- Support OOS, OOT, Deviations and CAPA investigations.
- Participate in Internal Audits and Regulatory Audits.
