Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled WiFi/Bluetooth Application Development Lead to drive the design, development, and optimization of wireless connectivity applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in WiFi and Bluetooth stacks, embedded systems, and application-layer protocol development, along with solid leadership capabilities to guide a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of WiFi and Bluetooth-based applications and solutions
- Architect and implement connectivity features across embedded and application platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Firmware, Hardware, QA, Product)
- Optimize performance, power consumption, and reliability of wireless communication
- Drive debugging and troubleshooting of connectivity issues in real-world scenarios
- Ensure compliance with wireless standards (IEEE 802.11, Bluetooth SIG specifications)
- Lead code reviews,



enforce best practices, and maintain high-quality deliverables
- Mentor and guide team members; conduct technical training sessions
- Work closely with product managers to define technical roadmaps and deliverables
- Evaluate and integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and connectivity modules

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and Bluetooth (Classic & BLE)
- Hands-on experience in networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, MQTT, CoAP)
- Solid understanding of embedded systems and RTOS / Linux-based systems
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Java (depending on platform)
- Experience with Bluetooth profiles (GATT, GAP, A2DP, HID)
- Expertise in debugging tools like Wireshark, Bluetooth sniffers, protocol analyzers
