- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing cross-functional teams in such iterative development delivery models.
- Ability to prioritize, strategize, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Solid background in the culture of innovation and value adds.
