Role & responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Project Management and Time & Labor processes.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Projects and Time & Labor modules based on business needs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Design and document functional solutions and business processes.
- Configure project templates, project cost structures, billing controls, and labor costing rules.
- Configure time entry layouts, approval workflows, time processing rules, and labor costing.
- Support integrations between Projects, HCM, Payroll, Financials, and third-party systems.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setup documents, and training materials.
- Provide support during go-live and hypercare phases.
- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data conversion activities.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 6+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects implementation/support experience.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor configuration.
- Experience in at least one or more end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Experience in business process mapping and solution design.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
