Understanding of AI-driven solutions, including Conversational AI, Generative AI, AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation (DX), Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), and Data Analytics.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
Solid communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
