Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech.)
in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
MBA in Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
