Technical Skills :-

Experience with more than one UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation(configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer (Large implementation with more than 100K, multiple countries, 1000+stores)

- Hands on Experience with WFD Configuration of Business Structure, Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration
- Experience with following modules in UKG Pro WFM - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities /Business Structure/Release Management/HyperFind queries/ Workforce Genies and calendars/ Data Access Control Concepts /Custom Reports

2. Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build current ones as needed basis.

3. Experience in creating custom reports and experience with data migration to UKG Pro WFM.

4.



Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.

5. Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.

6. Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.

7. Develop documentation for systems and processes.

Good to Have:-

1. UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)

2. Experience in Kronos WFC

3. A self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.

6. Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
