- Need Min 5+ years of experience into WFM with Excellent Communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Must have a Good Hands on experience on :- Capacity Planning,Forecasting, Advanced Scheduling, Resource Planning, Trend Analysis, Workforce Analytics, Dashboard creation, Scheduling Optimization, WFM Best Practices & Mentoring WFM Teams.

Workforce Management - Lead.

- Min 8+ years of experience with 3 years of experience into Learship Role.
- Min 2+ years On-Paper Designation is must.
- Valuable Knpwledge on Lead WFM Team,



Workforce Strategy, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling, Resource Optimization,
- Must be also Involve into Stakeholder Management, Client Interaction, KPI Management, Performance Reviews, Process Improvements, Project Management.

Package:-

- WFM- RTS :- Decent ofHike on Last CTC (Max Up to 13 LPA) Including 20% Variables
- WFM- Expert :- Decent Hike on Last CTC (Max Up to 15 LPA) Including 20% Variables
- WFM - Lead:-Decent Hike on Last CTC (Max Up to 18 LPA) Including 20% Variables

Rounds of Interview(ROI):- Screening, HR, Assessment & Ops manager.

Notice Period :- Immediate Joiners/ Serving NP(0-20 Days acceptable) with LWD proof
