Job Description:
- We are hiring passionate and motivated fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in US IT Recruitment.
- As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting potential candidates for various IT positions with our clients in the United States.
- You will work closely with Account Managers and delivery leads to understand client requirements and ensure timely and quality submissions.
- This is a full time onsite position designed to train and mold freshers into skilled recruitment professionals in the highly dynamic US staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Client Requirements (IT or Non-IT)
- Regularly interact with Account Managers and Team Leads to get complete clarity on job requirements.
- Understand the technical and functional aspects of each job role (skills, experience level, domain, and location).
- Prioritize open requisitions based on urgency and importance.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Use various sourcing channels such as job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
- Perform keyword searches and Boolean searches to identify suitable profiles.
- Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to evaluate communication skills, technical capabilities, availability, and salary expectations.
- Ensure a high level of candidate quality before submission.
Resume Submission & Coordination:
- Format and present resumes professionally before sharing with the Account Manager or client.
- Maintain a quick turnaround time for candidate submissions to meet tight deadlines.
- Follow up regularly with candidates to ensure their availability and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; track feedback and results.
Recruitment Tools & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate details, job status, and communication history using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Update internal databases and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Any discipline).
- Excellent communication skills is a must (spoken and written English).
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment and Proficient in using MS Office tools.
