Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Workday transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale Workday implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts while collaborating with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and expertise in delivering Workday solutions across HCM and/or Financials.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation programs.
- Manage multiple Workday projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to define program strategy and roadmap.
- Drive Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, upgrades, and global deployments.
- Oversee program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate with Workday implementation partners and third-party vendors.
- Ensure successful integration of Workday with enterprise applications.
- Lead resource planning, budgeting, and capacity management.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and organizational readiness activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor project managers and Workday consultants while promoting delivery excellence.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of IT Program or Project Management experience.




- 5+ years of experience managing Workday implementation or transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday Financials, or both.
- Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Financial Management.
- Hands-on understanding of Workday Integrations, EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Workday Reporting.
- Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Experience managing global delivery teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong risk, issue, budget, and resource management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
- Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials Certification is highly preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning.
- Knowledge of Workday Security and Reporting.
- Experience in multi-country Workday implementations.
- Exposure to HR Digital Transformation or ERP Transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware solutions.
