- Prepare interim and final measurement sheets/bills as per BOQ and contract terms
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills against work executed and rates
- Assist in preparation of rate analysis, variations, and change order documentation
- Maintain cost tracking records, MB (measurement book) entries, and reconciliation statements
- Support procurement in quantity take-offs and material reconciliation
- Coordinate with site, planning, and finance for billing cycles
Manager Level /Quantity Surveying / Commercial
- Lead overall commercial management of the project including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Review and certify client billing, subcontractor bills, and variation claims
- Manage contractual correspondence, claims, and dispute resolution support
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives and monitor project profitability (EVA/CVR)
- Oversee BOQ preparation, tender estimation, and rate negotiations
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions (FIDIC/EPC/Item-rate as applicable)
- Report project commercial health, risks, and cash flow to senior management
