Position: Legal Associate

Job Type: Full-time Office-based (No remote work)

Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate Building, Hyderabad, India

Experience: Fresh Law graduates / 13 years in legal practice

Shift Timing: UK Shift | Monday to Friday | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST

Salary: Compensation structure: 3.64.5 LPA (initial), 5.25 LPA upon successful completion of the 6-month probation period, and progression up to 6.5 LPA after 12 months of successful employment.

About the Role:

As a Legal Associate, you'll be at the forefront of legal support, assisting clients in the UK with a wide range of tasks vital to the legal process, from taking instructions from clients to drafting documents, conducting legal research and assisting with case management. Your role will be in relation to the law of England and Wales only and will be diverse.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting, reviewing and preparing English-based legal documents, including statements and applications.
- Taking client instructions, statements and day to day handling of casework matters.
- Providing advice and assistance in relation to the law of England and Wales.
- Collaborating with senior associates and solicitors on client files
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation, ensuring compliance with UK legal standards and procedures




- Assisting with case management, file management and maintaining documentation on the companys case management system.
- Instructing experts for medical reports & other reports in support of the clients case.
- Communicating with clients, lawyers/supervisors to ensure smooth case progression.
- Recording of time spent and evidencing work done in accordance with Company case management procedures.

Who Were Looking For

- Law graduates (LLB/LLM) with strong academic background
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of legal experience

- Previous work experience in a legal environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent research, writing, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to pursue a career in law.
- Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities.
- Good IT skills and ability to work with electronic documents and paperless systems.
- You will be required to work in the office.
- Able to comply with all relevant Company procedures and meet performance targets.

Training:

You will be provided with 2 weeks face to face group training,



testing and role play by a team of lawyers from the UK. After initial training, in order to carry out legal work, you will be required to complete a short independent Multiple Choice exam set by the regulator in the UK that you will have to pass. We will provide suitable training materials for you, to enable you to successfully pass the exam.
