Summary
Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, upgrade-safe ServiceNow LSD solutions. Lead modern legal service experiences (Legal Matter Management, Legal Intake, Document Management) with strict CSDM alignment and platform best practices.
Solution Architecture:Design and extend LSD applications using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Experience, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
CSDM Data Integrity:Model legal data per CSDM 4.0/5.0 enforce data governance for legal matters, documents, and services integrate with Service Graph.
Automation Integration:Build legal workflow automations using Flow Designer, Decision Builder, and IntegrationHub integrate with HRSD, ITSM, GRC, and third-party legal systems (MID Server, OAuth 2.0).




User Experience:Develop Next Experience Workspaces/Portals with UI Builder ensure WCAG accessibility configure AI Search, Virtual Agent, Next Best Action.
Security, Privacy Compliance:Implement ACLs, roles, scoped app protections, Zero Trust principles ensure GDPR compliance, attorney-client privilege, and data retention policies.
Testing CI/CD:Develop ATF test suites participate in code reviews, instance scans, CI/CD pipelines (Application Repository, Git).
Mentorship:Guide junior developers champion LSD best practices track ServiceNow product roadmap.

Qualifications
Experience:4+ years ServiceNow development 2+ years LSD or regulated service domain focus.
Platform Expertise:Scoped apps, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, Now Experience.
CSDM:Proven CSDM 4.0/5.0 implementation.
Scripting:Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), Glide APIs, secure coding.
Integrations:IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth 2.0.
Testing/CI/CD:ATF, instance scan, pipeline management.
Security Privacy:Robust controls for sensitive legal data.

Qualifications
Certifications:CAD, CIS-LSD.
