Role & responsibilities

Sr. Engineer Level - MEP (Multi-Service)

- Execute MEP works (one or more services) as per approved drawings, specifications, and codes
- Coordinate MEP installation sequencing with civil, structural, and finishing teams
- Ensure services layout compliance, including for Data Centre-critical systems (UPS, precision cooling, fire suppression, BMS as applicable)
- Conduct testing and commissioning support, and maintain related documentation
- Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for MEP material and equipment installation

Maintain MEP QA/QC checklists, inspection records, and snag closure tracking

Manager Level -MEP (Multi-Service)

- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all MEP services across the project




- Oversee MEP design coordination, BIM/clash detection, and shop drawing approvals
- Ensure compliance with codes/standards for high-rise, office, and Data Centre MEP systems (redundancy, critical power, cooling, fire & life safety)
- Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems, including Data Centre infrastructure where applicable
- Manage MEP subcontractors/vendors, cost, and schedule performance
- Coordinate with client/consultant/PMC on MEP approvals and statutory compliances
- Report MEP progress, quality, safety, and commissioning readiness to senior management
