- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4 to 6 years of residential MEP site experience.
- Ability to coordinate with civil teams for sleeve and conduit planning in residential units.
- Knowledge of firefighting systems and domestic utilities (STP/WTP coordination).
