- We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer/Consultant with 410 years of experience to design and implement AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- The candidate must have solid experience in ITSM (mandatory) and ServiceNow core modules, along with hands-on exposure to AI technologies such as Virtual Agent, Now Assist, NLU, and Predictive Intelligence
- Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow modules with AI enhancements, developing Virtual Agent topics, integrating external LLMs (OpenAI, Azure AI), setting up NLU models, customizing AI use cases (e g , incident summarization), and building custom ML solutions using ServiceNow Studio or APIs
- Candidates must be able to collaborate with stakeholders, ensure proper documentation, adhere to governance standards, and stay updated on emerging AI trends in ServiceNow
