- Manage a high volume of inbound calls from clients to provide career counseling and guidance on education abroad opportunities.
- Identify client needs and develop personalized solutions to meet their requirements, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Build solid relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for call handling, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 2-16 years of experience in inside sales or telesales environment.
- Strong counselling skills with ability to understand client concerns and provide relevant advice.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language (spoken).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
