We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP & Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing customer data and engagement solutions on Adobe Experience Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), XDM data modeling, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and Data Distiller (Query Service/SQL). The role involves configuring data ingestion pipelines, building customer journeys, managing audience activation and destinations, integrating with Adobe Campaign Classic v8, Azure, and Databricks, implementing consent and governance policies, supporting testing and production deployments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customer data solutions using Adobe Experience Platform.
- Configure and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP.
- Develop and maintain customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Build and manage XDM schemas, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.
- Configure data ingestion pipelines and customer profile management.
- Develop SQL queries using Data Distiller (Query Service).
- Integrate Adobe Experience Platform with Adobe Campaign Classic v8, Azure, and Databricks.
- Configure audience activation and destination integrations.
- Implement consent management and data governance policies.
- Support testing, deployment, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize solution performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
