Job Opening: Sales Executive / Assistant Manager Sales

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives and Assistant Managers Sales to drive business growth by developing new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in the Steel, Cement, Building Materials, or Construction industry are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and project customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and visit plans.




- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Sales Executive

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience in Steel, Cement, Building Materials, or Construction.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Assistant Manager Sales

- Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- 5 To 8 years of sales experience in Steel, Cement, Building Materials, or Construction.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and handling key accounts.
- Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
- Ability to manage dealers, distributors, and institutional customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in the Steel, Cement, Building Materials, or Construction industry is mandatory.
- Strong market knowledge and customer network.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
