AR Caller US Healthcare (PB/HB)

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced AR Callers for a leading US Healthcare process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling, End-to-End Denials Management, and Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB).

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end AR Calling for US Healthcare accounts.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid, pending, and denied claims.
- Analyze and resolve denied claims to maximize reimbursements.
- Work on Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB) accounts.
- Review claim status and resolve billing-related issues.
- Ensure timely claim follow-up and maintain accurate documentation.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling.
- Hands-on experience in End-to-End Denials Management is mandatory.
- Experience in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB).
- Degree or Diploma is mandatory.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.

Job Details

- Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Trichy
- Interview Mode: Virtual
- Salary: Up to 41,000 In-Hand (Based on experience & skills)
- Benefits: Two-Way Cab Facility
