Role & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end procurement function by planning, sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop long-term relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, quarries, and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial agreements while achieving procurement cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Stores, Shipping, and Finance teams to align procurement activities with business requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, material availability, procurement budgets, and vendor performance to support uninterrupted operations.
- Review purchase orders, quotations, vendor agreements, procurement documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve supplier performance issues,



quality concerns, delivery delays, and commercial disputes while maintaining solid vendor relationships.
- Prepare procurement MIS, spend analysis, vendor evaluations, and market intelligence reports to support management decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the Natural Stone, Granite, Marble, Building Materials, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in procurement planning and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
