About DDC (Devesh Digital Creations): We are a Hyderabad-based digital marketing agency specializing in admission growth marketing for schools. We run results-driven lead generation campaigns that directly convert into student admissions. We are scaling our school growth vertical and need a hands-on performance marketer who owns numbers, not just dashboards.

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads lead generation campaigns for school admission drives

- Hyperlocal campaign targeting (3-8 km catchment areas) with grade-wise and audience-wise segmentation

- Lead form, WhatsApp click-to-chat, and landing page campaigns, including landing page briefs and conversion tracking setup

- Daily budget pacing, bid management, and cost-per-qualified-lead optimization

- Creative testing: briefing designers/editors on ad creatives and iterating based on performance data

- Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and lead tracking setup and hygiene

- Weekly performance reports with clear insights: CPL, lead quality, enquiry-to-visit movement

- Seasonal budget planning around admission cycles (Nov-Mar peak season)

Preferred candidate profile

- TOP PRIORITY: Candidates who have run admission/lead generation campaigns for schools,



preschools, colleges, edtech, or coaching institutes. If you understand parent enquiry funnels and admission season cycles, you will be fast-tracked

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience running LEAD GENERATION campaigns on Meta Ads (mandatory) and Google Ads (Search + PMax)

- You have personally managed monthly ad budgets of Rs 1 lakh or more

- You can clearly explain CPL, CTR, CPM, frequency, lead quality scoring, and how you diagnose underperforming campaigns

- Experience in real estate, healthcare, or other local lead-gen businesses also valued

- Comfortable being accountable for lead targets, not just ad delivery

- Working knowledge of WhatsApp API funnels and CRMs is a plus

- Immediate joiners or 15-day notice strongly preferred
