- Assist in provisioning and managing resources in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, servers, and network components.
- Support incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Assist in configuring OCI services such as Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Perform routine system administration and maintenance tasks.
- Help maintain infrastructure documentation and operational procedures.
- Participate in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Support infrastructure security and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with application, database, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Learn and adopt cloud best practices and automation tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field (20242026 graduates preferred).
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing).
- Understanding of virtualization and server infrastructure fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure.
- Exposure to Linux administration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of cloud security concepts.
- OCI Foundation Associate certification or relevant cloud certification is an added advantage.
