Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P MM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and Application Management Services (AMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvements for SAP MM and end-to-end procurement processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and AMS support environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for SAP MM and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Handle L1, L2, and L3 support tickets within the AMS workplace.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and production issues while meeting SLA commitments.




- Configure and support SAP MM modules, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Material Master.
- Support procurement activities such as Purchase Requisitions (PR), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), Service Entry Sheets (SES), and Invoice Verification.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for developments, testing, and deployment.
- Support change management, transport management, and release activities.
- Execute functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop functional specifications and support technical teams during development.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, solutions, configurations, and business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP FI, SD, WM/EWM, PP, and Ariba (if applicable).
