Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Implement HR policies, performance appraisal, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate HR operations across corporate office and project sites.
- Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in Infrastructure, Construction, or EPC industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and recruitment.

- Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
