• Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, SOP Documentation
• Workflow & Process Flow Creation
• Intermediate SQL
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Stakeholder Management & Process Improvement

Preferred Skills:
• Lean Six Sigma
• Kaizen
• Celonis Process Mining
• PeopleSoft HR & Financials
• VBA / Macros
