- Conduct inspections and checks at various stages (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, MEP)
- Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, and inspection records
- Raise and track NCRs and ensure timely closure with corrective actions
- Coordinate material testing with labs and maintain test certificates/records
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes (IS/ASTM/BS as applicable)
Support internal and third-party/client quality audits
For Manager Level
- Establish and implement the project quality management system/plan
- Lead QAQC team across all disciplines (civil, structure, finishing, MEP, external development)
- Review and approve ITPs, quality procedures, and inspection protocols
- Drive root-cause analysis for recurring quality issues and implement preventive measures
- Liaise with client/consultant/PMC on quality audits, certifications, and approvals
- Ensure statutory and code compliance across all stages of construction
- Report quality KPIs, NCR trends, and audit outcomes to management
