We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to support FF&E; projects across hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and competitive pricing for high-impact projects.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare detailed and accurate pricing for FF&E; packages including furniture, fixtures, equipment, logistics, and installation
- Analyze vendor quotations for accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with vendors, procurement, sales, design, and project teams to align pricing with BOQs and scope




- Support margin analysis and ensure pricing adheres to approved commercial guidelines
- Prepare pricing summaries, comparison sheets, and bid documentation
- Ensure timely submission of pricing in line with internal and client deadlines

What We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in pricing, estimation, or commercial coordination

- Experience in FF&E;, interiors, fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or construction projects preferred
- Solid numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pricing models, formulas, comparisons)
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Zoho)
- Understanding of BOQs, RFQs, RFPs, and tendering processes
- Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to Have Experience with hospitality or large-scale commercial projects

- Exposure to international logistics and export documentation
- Knowledge of additional languages
