We are looking for a hands-on senior engineer with deep implementation experience in OpenSearch, Apache Flink, and AWS Glue to design, build, and operate real-time and batch data pipelines. The role requires robust application-level understanding, production ownership, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

OpenSearch (Mandatory Hands-on)

- Design and implement OpenSearch indices, mappings, and analyzers
- Build and optimize search & analytics queries (Query DSL, aggregations)
- Implement high-throughput ingestion pipelines (streaming & batch)
- Tune cluster performance (shards, refresh intervals, heap, ILM)
- Build real-world use cases:
- Log analytics
- Monitoring dashboards
- Near real-time search

- Troubleshoot production issues (latency, memory, shard imbalance)
