- Manage new business placements, prepare RFQs and QCRs, coordinate with insurers, and drive proposal conversion.
- Handle renewals, client servicing, policy issuance, endorsements, and ensure high retention of assigned accounts.
- Ensure accuracy in policies, documentation, compliance, and adherence to defined turnaround timelines (TAT).
- Build robust insurer relationships and provide technical support for risk assessment, coverage structuring, and to meet client requirements.
- Maintain system updates and periodical data Reports, collaborate with internal teams and continuously enhance insurance product knowledge and certifications.
