- Analyze business requirements related to customer loyalty, rewards, promotions, rebates, and incentive programs.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Vistex Loyalty Management solutions.
- Configure loyalty program components including:
- Membership Management
- Tier Management
- Points Accrual and Redemption
- Reward Catalog Management
- Campaign and Promotion Management
- Bonus Point Programs
- Voucher and Coupon Management

- Integrate Vistex Loyalty with SAP SD, CRM, CAR, Commerce, POS, and S/4HANA.
- Configure qualification rules, earning rules, redemption rules, expiration policies, and customer segmentation.
- Design interfaces with external systems using SAP CPI, APIs, IDocs, OData, and Web Services.
- Perform requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), configuration documents, test scripts,



and user training materials.
- Support UAT, cutover activities, and hypercare during project go-live.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reports.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices aligned with SAP Clean Core principles.
