We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) and must be well-versed in H1B transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) with direct clients and prime vendors.
- Develop strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
- Identify suitable requirements and submit consultants proactively.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on submissions and interviews.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with consultants and provide timely updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Bench Sales.
- Must have experience with H1B transfer candidates .
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorization types.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and achieve targets.
