Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company's financial operations and project-wise accounting. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, billing, cash flow, vendor payments, financial reporting, and coordination with project teams, auditors, banks, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle project-wise accounting, costing, budgets, and financial controls.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Verify contractor/subcontractor bills, purchase invoices, and payment documents.
- Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS, and monthly financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor bank transactions, cash flow, fund requirements, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for expenses, advances, bills,



and financial records.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection from clients.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and timely closure of accounts.
- Supervise and guide accountants and site accounting teams.
- Support management in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and decision-making.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
- Experience: 510 years of relevant experience, preferably in the civil construction/infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and project accounting.
- Positive analytical, communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
