- 3-5 years of W2 Recruitment Experience. (#Mandatory)
- Expertise in W2 hiring (contract & Contract-to-Hire).
- Experience with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, & Indeed.
- Ability to source candidates using Boolean Search Techniques.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Knowledge of US work authorization (US Citizens, Green Card, EAD, etc.).
- Ability to work in a quick-paced recruitment environment.
