Role & responsibilities

The Deputy Manager Showroom Sales will drive business through builders, architects, dealers, and project stakeholders by promoting Complete Bathroom & Lighting Solutions. The role involves relationship management, product presentations, project tracking, dealer engagement, sales promotion, and revenue generation while ensuring superior customer support and adherence to company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Educate builders, architects, dealers, purchase teams, and sales teams on Companies Bathroom & Lighting Solutions, product portfolio, brand positioning, and company vision.
- Promote Products by recommending suitable product combinations based on project requirements and budgets.
- Maintain complete project details and update records in the company's software.
- Generate business through builders, dealers, and project sites while promoting new product launches and excluded product categories.




- Conduct product training sessions for dealer sales teams and plumbers to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Coordinate with customer care teams for service support, site visits, and service camps.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and dealers to drive long-term business growth.

Experience:

- 11+ years of experience in Showroom Sales, Luxury Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Preferred experience in Sanitaryware, Lighting, Luxury Products, Interior Products, or related retail industries.
- Experience in handling high net income (HNI) clients is preferred.
