Talent Formula is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have a few positions available in our PKF Francis Clark Team. Below are some details regarding the possible position available.
We are looking for a Intermediate/Senior Accountant with 35 years of experience in US Accounting and Taxation to support our US-based clients. The role will focus on month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and tax compliance support while working closely with client stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

- Perform month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Maintain General Ledger and ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Prepare tax workpapers and support Federal and State tax filings
- Assist with sales tax compliance and tax-related reconciliations
- Support audits and provide required documentation




- Collaborate directly with US clients to resolve accounting and tax-related queries
- Identify process improvements and maintain compliance with internal controls

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in US Accounting
- Exposure to US Taxation and tax compliance processes
- Experience supporting US-based clients
- Strong understanding of General Ledger, Month-End Close, AP/AR, and Financial Reporting
- Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Xero
- Exposure to Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, or 1120S
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
