Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling IT recruitment for clients in the banking and finance domain . This role requires excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills to manage the full recruitment lifecycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various platforms
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers for role understanding
- Ensure timely closures of positions

Requirements:

- 2-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Experience in hiring for banking and finance domain is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
