Regulatory Approvals & Project Execution

- Ensure timely completion of CEIG final approvals after test charge.
- Coordinate and obtain CEIG approvals upon receipt of all required liaisoning documents.
- Ensure DISCOM NOC is obtained prior to project test charge.
- Complete SNA registration before project test charge.
- Facilitate timely completion of Net Metering (NM) approvals.
- Coordinate Net Metering completion following CEIG approval.
- Ensure solar billing details are reflected in the customer's electricity bill after project commissioning.
- Complete regularization of all commissioned solar plants.

Data Collection & Management

- Share weekly regulatory approval status with Project Managers.
- Communicate all regulatory approvals to customers and internal stakeholders, submit hard copies where required, and obtain acknowledgements.
- Escalate project scope changes and regulatory issues to customers and internal teams in a timely manner.
- Prepare and share CEIG drawings and other regulatory documents with customers for review and approval.




- Coordinate collection of all required CEIG and Net Metering documents from customers.

Government Liaison

- Build and maintain effective relationships with CEIG officials to facilitate project approvals.
- Coordinate and liaise with DISCOM officials to ensure timely processing of approvals and clearances.

Cost Control

- Ensure regulatory approval activities are completed within the approved budget.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization in regulatory approval processes.

Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard current vendors for regulatory liaisoning activities.
- Finalize and manage vendors for regulatory approval activities in line with project requirements.

Training & Development

- Share periodic updates with the 4PEL team on regulatory policies, statutory requirements, and government notifications.
- Conduct and participate in training programs to enhance regulatory knowledge and achieve training objectives.
