What youll do:

We are seeking a skilled technical expert managing Web App Protection - Proxy applications Infrastructure to join the esteemed team. You are the best match if you have experience in configuration, support, management and change on Proxy applications devices, using products like Cloud / OnPrem Symantec WSS, Symantec Management Centre and Sky-High Secure Gateway. You will work closely with the InfoSec and Chief Operating Office to understand the need and provide secure business solutions, reporting and analytics requirements.

Your key responsibilities will be.

Specific product skills in: Cloud Proxies, Symantec WSS, Symantec Management Centre, Sky-high Secure Web Gateway. To include implementation, configuration and maintenance of the infrastructures supporting internet access, Web Browser isolation and malware scanning (on Prem & cloud based).
Technical knowledge of the workplace and associated technologies and the related standards and policies used to govern these technologies.
Conduct technical activities in support of project delivery, service improvement and ongoing support of the platform.




¢ Undertake installation and maintenance work for products and services according to Group standards and policies, and to agreed service levels.
¢ Quality and service focus.
¢ Contribute to the design and implementation of detailed technical solutions, ensuring adherence to teams technical roadmaps and strategies.
¢ Ability to identify and drive technology and process improvements.
¢ Provision of technical support (including incident and problem resolution) for systems and processes in complex environments.
¢ Identification and delivery of service improvements from service, technology, and process perspectives.
¢ Ability to communicate (oral and written) to differing target audience.
¢ Occasional late night or weekend working is expected in support of implementations or incidents of a high severity nature.
¢ The team is located across different sites so limited travel may be required.

What youll need:

¢ Overall domain experience 3 -7 years.

¢ Expected to have a broad understanding of Proxy applications on Installing and maintaining products and services according to Group standards and policies, and to agreed service levels.
¢ Proficiency in Manage the design, implement, and provide detailed technical solutions, ensuring adherence to teams technical roadmaps and strategies.
¢ Ability to Provide technical support (including incident and problem resolution) for systems and processes in complex environments.
¢ Conduct technical activities in support of project delivery, service improvement and ongoing support of the platform.
¢ Identify and implement improvements to technical processes and toolsets to improve resource and cost efficiency.
¢ Identify and remediate risks associated with the environment and provide input into end-to-end risk process.
¢ Technically input to and deliver projects for the platform.
¢ Delivery of technical capacity planning and performance.
¢ Experienced in working within a Service Management environment with a particularly good understanding of the processes, procedures and system support tools used within an IT workplace.




¢ Provide technical support on standard hours, callout/standby arrangement based on the needs of the Business.
¢ Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Specific technical skills required - implementation, configuration, and support for the following technologies.
¢ Cloud Proxy:
¢ Symantec WSS
¢ Symantec Management Centre
¢ Sky-High Secure Web Gateway.
¢ Web Browser isolation.
¢ Effective communication skills to consult with technical and non-technical stakeholders i.e. being able to describe a technical concept to a non-technical audience.

¢ Holistic & persistent problem resolver.

¢ Self-Starter with the ability to work independently, and adaptability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Nice to have skills:

¢ Understanding of InfoSec, Cybersecurity, Compliance Requirements, and Risk Management metrics.
¢ Experience of using collaboration platforms like Confluence / JIRA and ServiceNow.
¢ Strong commitment to data security principles and maintaining confidentiality.
¢ Relevant Microsoft Certifications: Cloud / Symantec / Sky High Proxy Applications Product Certificate
¢ Experience on coding language (Python, VB) to contribute on automation agenda and process improvements.

Qualifications:

¢ B. Tech or equivalent university Degree
¢ Good written and verbal communication skills.
¢ Good Collaboration & Interpersonal skills.
