Hiring: HR Executive Talent Acquisition

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Shift: Fixed Day Shift

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Incentive: Up to 8,000 per month based on performance

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.





Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Good understanding of recruitment processes and job portals.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
