Hiring: US IT Recruiter (Core W2 Experience Required)
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (Night)
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on Core W2 recruitment experience and a proven track record of working directly with end clients.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Robust experience in Core W2 hiring.
- Experience working with direct clients only (No implementation partner or layered vendor experience).
- Strong understanding of US staffing, W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
- Excellent Boolean search and candidate screening skills.
- Experience with ATS/VMS tools is preferred.
